Problems affecting access to databases on the EBSCOhost platform reported yesterday were resolved later the same day. Access to these resources (and remote and meta-searching functionality) is again available in eSearch.

Ebsco hosted services unavailable
January 24 2008A technical problem with the Ebsco hosted services means that the following are unavailable:
- Academic Search Elite
- Business Source Premier
- Econlit
- PsycARTICLES
- PsycINFO
- SportDiscus
- TTI (Textile Technology Index)
Ebsco are investigating and hope to get service resumed as soon as possible. We’ll update you again when we have more news.

SFX linking to Academic Search Elite
December 15 2006Some connections from SFX to ejournal titles hosted in the Academic Search Elite database are currently generating error messages. If you encounter any problems connecting to ASE hosted titles (or to any other titles on the EBSCO platform), please send eServices a screen-grab and details of the failed citation to assist with debugging.
